Procurement and RFI
The questions buyers ask, answered once.
124 product-neutral requirements across 14 categories, drawn from real RFI and procurement catalogues. Each line carries the standard answer for gradar and for the white-label route delivered through job-evaluation.net.
How to read this
One requirement, two delivery routes.
The requirement column is product-neutral and can be reused in any tender. The two answer columns differ only where the delivery route genuinely changes the answer: branding, contracting, support levels and market-data access.

Boundaries
What the platform is not.
Negative answers are the most useful part of a catalogue. They prevent the wrong solution being bought, and they are the same on both routes.
Not an HR information system
It does not replace SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Personio. It connects to them and takes master data from them.
Not payroll
No pay runs, no payslips, no social-security filings.
Not people assessment
Job demands are evaluated, never the performance, potential or personality of the jobholder.
No employee self-service
There is no portal in which employees or managers view their own evaluation or file information requests.
No own compensation surveys
Third-party market data is integrated; survey methodology stays with the survey provider.
Consulting is not the licence
Workshops, facilitation, conceptual work and data analysis are agreed separately — and are exactly where a white-label partner adds value.
